We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for one of the leading international operators in the regulated gaming sector active in Italy. The selected candidate will:

1. Manage affiliated points of sale (tobacco shops, bars, betting shops);
2. Explain the app-based services to potential customers;
3. Support customers with downloading and registering on the app;
4. Assist customers in making their first bet to access attractive bonuses.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in promoting services or products is preferred;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities;
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts from Monday to Saturday;
• Knowledge of IT tools, especially apps.

We offer:

• Fixed-term contract of 6+6 months with prospects for long-term employment;
• Level V of the CCNL Commerce, with 14 monthly payments;
• Full-time work (40 hours/week) on shifts from Monday to Saturday;
• Variable incentive bonuses;

• Initial and ongoing training.
