Une entreprise de premier plan dans le secteur du tabac recherche un Customer Experience Specialist pour superviser les points de vente. Vous serez en charge d'expliquer les services offerts et de soutenir les clients dans leur expérience avec l'application. Ce poste à temps plein offre un contrat de 6+6 mois avec des perspectives d'évolution professionnelle dans un environnement de travail dynamique.

Customer Experience Specialist - Settore Tabaccheria Bergamo, Brescia

Adecco Italia, a leading international operator in the regulated gaming sector active in Italy, is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist.

The selected candidate will:

1. Oversee affiliated points of sale (tobacconists, bars, betting shops);
2. Explain the services offered via app to potential customers;
3. Support clients in downloading and registering on the app;
4. Assist with the first game to access attractive bonuses.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in promoting services or products is preferred;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities;
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts from Monday to Saturday;
• Knowledge of IT tools, especially mobile apps.

We offer:

• A fixed-term contract of 6+6 months with prospects for long-term employment;
• Level V of the CCNL Commerce, with 14 monthly payments;
• Full-time 40 hours/week on shifts from Monday to Saturday (6 days a week);
• Variable incentive bonuses;
