Une marque mondiale de l'éducation recherche un Customer Experience Executive pour soutenir les écoles à travers la région EMEA. Dans ce rôle clé, vous serez chargé de maximiser la valeur des solutions d'apprentissage numérique auprès des établissements scolaires. Si vous avez une expérience en enseignement, en particulier avec le programme IB, et êtes passionné par l'éducation, rejoignez une équipe qui place les clients et les apprenants au cœur de ses actions.

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in the education sector? A leading global education brand and publisher is looking for a proactive Customer Experience Executive to join their dynamic team supporting schools across the EMEA region. The role offers fully remote working based in-territory, and can be based in Spain, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan or Kenya.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring customers (international schools) achieve maximum value from the company’s digital learning / EdTech solutions. From personalised onboarding to ongoing support and curriculum-based training (including the IB), you’ll act as a trusted advisor to educators, helping them embed and engage with the classroom tools effectively. You’ll monitor usage data, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with internal teams to drive retention, reduce churn, and promote account growth through contextual up- and cross-sell strategies. Your insights will help shape the wider customer journey, backed by feedback and metrics you help gather and analyse.

We’re looking for someone passionate about Education with the following skills / experience : Solid teaching experience, ideally in international education (particularly experience of the IB curriculum, would be highly advantageous) Excellent time management and attention to detail A customer-first mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and an entrepreneurial spirit Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Knowledge of educational trends, standards and best practices
