Our Mission :

We are seeking a passionate and driven Customer Care Specialist to join our Operations Team at our headquarters based in Milan.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Support daily post-sales operations across our B2C eCommerce, retail, and wholesale channels.
  • Maintain constant communication with clients to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Handle customer requests and issues across all EMEA online sales channels, delivering quick and effective solutions.
  • Ensure all communications reflect our tone of voice, identifying and understanding different customer profiles.
  • Support the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our CRM ticketing system (Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Assist in the development and ongoing optimization of AI integrations within the customer care workflow.

The Ideal Candidate :

You have a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Languages, or a related field. You are fluent in English and French, with a strong international mindset. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you are solution-driven with a proactive attitude and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
