Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for Sales Revenue and Material Margin for selected customers (A, B and C1).
  • Set strategies and targets for long-term growth of A, B, and C1 customers in the sub-segment.
  • Responsible for pricing and quotations for own customer pool.
  • Ensure the promotion and sales of the entire Caldic offers, building a balanced portfolio of initiatives.
  • Ownership of customers for selected accounts, including lead generation, initial customer contact, customer visits, contract management (negotiations and quotations), and deal closure.
  • Responsible for developing and following account plans for key customers (e.g., A1).
  • Plan and forecast segment sales in joint meetings with marketing, and share information with supply chain.
  • Gain and analyze comprehensive market insights, indicators, and trends of the assigned market segment and potential customers.
