We are now looking for a German-speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our E-commerce team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, supporting them throughout their online shopping experience. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, has excellent communication skills, and has a customer-first mindset.

Position

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensuring a seamless customer experience by interacting with customers through email and live chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Continuously looking for ways to improve the customer experience based on feedback.
  • Supporting the E-commerce team in improving the online customer experience.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and e-commerce trends.
  • Supporting in translating website content.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Interest in the motorsports industry completes the profile.
  • Good MS Office Knowledge.
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English, any other language is a bonus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity, flexibility, and problem-solving.
  • Experience with Shopify and / or Gorgias is a plus.
  • The position is available in Asolo (TV), Italy.
