Customer Care Specialist - Direct Consumer (English Native Speaker) - Treviso

Based in Castelfranco Veneto, as a Customer Care Specialist for the UK market, you will handle end-consumer inquiries across various contact points within our Customer Care Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide pre-sales support via phone, email, and live chat, guiding customers to suitable products and enhancing their buying experience.
  2. Handle post-sales support, including order status inquiries, issue resolution, and coordination with warehouse and couriers.
  3. Manage B2C contacts across marketplace platforms, ensuring KPI compliance.
  4. Process product returns and replacements.
  5. Handle complaints and claims effectively.
  6. Report and communicate product and service issues to relevant departments.
Requirements
  • Native English speaker with advanced spoken and written skills.
  • Fluency in German or French and Italian is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Proficient in PC use; SAP or Salesforce knowledge is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and empathy skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
