Role Overview

As a Customer Care Representative at Satispay, you’ll provide assistance and support to our customers, delivering high satisfaction through the effective resolution of their requests, problems or doubts.

Your Mission

  • Offer professional, timely support to our customers, resolving issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to tackle complex challenges and deliver top-notch service.
  • Share valuable feedback to improve business processes and enhance products.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets set by the Customer Care team.

Your Ideal Profile

  • Customer Care experience, previous experience in structured customer care, and knowledge of user management basics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team spirit.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Italian and English is a must.
