The role requires excellent communication skills, experience in customer care, and the ability to manage customer issues effectively. You will assist customers with their orders and ensure a high standard of service.

Job Description:

We are currently expanding our Milan customer care team and seeking a talented individual with a real passion for impeccable customer care.

The opportunity is for a Customer Care Advisor who has full command of English and another language, both verbally and in writing.

Other important skills include:

  • Previous customer care experience in e-commerce
  • Knowledge of worldwide invoicing, shipping, and customs
  • Good team player with organizational skills
  • Understanding the importance of customer care within the business
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build customer relationships

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with issues regarding returns or orders via email or phone, following customer care standards and company communication styles
  • Help customers register online and process their orders
  • Manage invoicing, shipment, and customs issues
  • Handle complaints professionally to turn negative situations into positive outcomes
  • Process incoming orders when needed
  • Assist finance department with customer security checks
  • Use order tracker and database actively
  • Identify ways to personalize customer experience whenever possible
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve order or return issues
  • Report weekly to the supervisor on customer needs and issues to define necessary actions

We offer:

  • Base salary up to €23K depending on experience
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Level: 4
  • 12-month fixed-term contract with a 60-day trial period
