Customer Care Lingua Tedesca Full Remote, Torino

Humangest, a branch of Moncalieri, is seeking for a client operating in the telecommunications sector for a customer care role in German language.

The selected candidates will support customers via various channels - voice, chat, email - after completing paid training.

Necessary Requirements:

  1. High school diploma (minimum requirement).
  2. Proficiency in Windows and Office.
  3. Availability to work shifts, 5 days a week (including weekends).
  4. Native German/C2 level and eagerness to communicate globally!
  5. Availability for 30 or 40 hours per week.
