We bring together small groups of like-minded millennials and send them on life-changing experiences to 300+ destinations all over the globe. We design and deliver experiences worth living and sharing, through rewriting the rules of the travel industry.

What you\'ll do
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care Team to support WeRoaders after booking, answering questions and preparing them for their upcoming adventure via mail, phone, and WhatsApp.
  • Achieve agreed post-sales targets and SLAs.
  • Review customer feedback to create a positive experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Contribute to pre-departure processes, such as documents check, payment processing, tour changes and cancellations.
  • Be flexible to work outside official hours, not exceeding 40h per week.
