Job Description: Customer Care Agent Italy
Role

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager Italy, you will work in the customer care team managing chocolate and cocoa orders within Italy. Your responsibilities include monitoring the order to cash process from order entry to delivery and accounting. You will act as the single point of contact for customers, ensuring all their needs are met by collaborating with Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, and R&D departments.

Description and Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the order to cash process to ensure timely and complete delivery at the right price.
  • Manage all order-related aspects, ensuring proper processing in SAP and adherence to delivery schedules based on stock availability and lead times.
  • Inform customers promptly about delays, stock issues, or capacity constraints.
  • Handle customer complaints regarding services or products, log them in Salesforce, and follow up for quick resolution.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust through open and proactive communication.
  • Ensure all customer needs and requirements are met.
About You
  • You have completed higher education (bachelor's or master's degree).
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably B2B in the food sector.
  • You are highly customer-focused, service-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile.
  • You are solution-oriented and capable of thinking creatively.
  • You possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring high accuracy and strong organizational skills.
  • You are a continuous learner with a growth mindset.
  • You have positive assertiveness and commercial awareness to support sales.
  • You are a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Stress resistance is crucial.
  • You are a native Italian speaker and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • You have an affinity for IT systems; knowledge of SAP ERP and Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
  • Location: Milan and surroundings, Italy.
