Customer Business Analyst

Your mission will be to analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.

What will you do?
  • Analyze business data to ensure results align with forecasts;
  • Performance reporting to analyze customer campaign trends and make proposals/recommendations for senior management;
  • Support market research, segmentation, and profiling activities;
  • Ensure data collection, structuring, and maintenance of databases and dashboards for analysis;
  • Analyze data on the CRM platform to define metrics for customer objectives;
  • Identify the most effective models and architectures for each goal, selecting benchmark references for designing and drafting marketing plans;
  • Previous experience of at least one year in a similar role;
  • Degree in economics, management engineering, mathematics, or statistics;
  • Preferably a background in retail or GDO companies;
  • Knowledge of Tableau and major marketing automation platforms (SAS, Adobe, Salesforce);
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities;
  • Knowledge of the English language.
