Fabbri 1905 will open a monobrand shop in Bologna, nestled under the Two Towers in an iconic setting in the heart of the historic city center. This boutique will offer visitors an immersive experience into the world of Italian excellence, of which the company is an international ambassador.

The role involves assisting and guiding customers to ensure a high-quality service aligned with company standards. The candidate will promote the products by highlighting their distinctive features, including practical demonstrations using Fabbri products for small sweet recipes, coffee, mixology, and more.

Additionally, the responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining, organizing, and managing the sales space to ensure standards are met
2. Organizing product replenishment and managing necessary materials from storage to the point of sale
3. Handling cash register services

Required qualifications:

• Fluent knowledge of Italian and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends

The position offers ongoing training covering the company's history, values, products, and a basic course (theory and practice) in flavored coffee, cocktails, and other specialties, as well as food safety regulations. The employment contract can be full-time or part-time.
