Aptiv is seeking a Customer Approval & AQP Support Specialist (m/f/d) in Italy. You will support the Quality Planning team to prepare customer approvals for new or modified products, compile documentation, and maintain customer portals. You will coordinate with internal departments and monitor deadlines throughout the approval process.

Experience in MS Office, especially Excel, and German language skills are desirable. A shadowing session is offered to get to know the role and the team.

Competenze

• Ideally completed commercial or technical education.
• Structured, accurate, and independent way of working.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
• Good German language skills; English is an advantage.
• Initial experience in the automotive industry or quality management is desirable, but not required.

Mansioni

• Support the Quality Planning team in preparing customer approvals for new or modified products.
• Compile and manage the documentation required by customers.
• Maintain customer portals and upload relevant documents.
• Coordinate missing information with internal departments.
• Monitor deadlines and timelines within the approval process.
• Support product and process changes that require customer re-approval.
• Prepare status reports and data analyses.
• Perform general administrative tasks within Quality Planning.
