Free2move is offering a 6-month paid internship in Customer Analytics in Milan. You will join the Analytics & Data Science team to analyze customer behavior, build analytical solutions, and support strategic decisions across multiple business areas.

You will work with Senior Data Analysts and Data Scientists on large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau, gaining hands-on experience with modern analytics tools in a fast-growing international company.

Competenze

• Strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Ability to deliver clear, reliable, and actionable insights.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with Senior Data Analysts and Data Scientists on customer analytics topics.
• Explore and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Build scalable analytical solutions using modern data tools and methodologies.
• Design and execute experiments to measure business impact and customer behavior.
• Create and maintain reliable dashboards (Tableau preferred).
• Develop, structure, and optimize datasets to support ongoing and future analyses.
• Define, monitor, and report key business and customer performance indicators (KPIs).
• Help automate reporting workflows and improve existing data processes.
• Translate business questions into structured analytical frameworks and recommendations.
• Support stakeholders in making data-driven decisions through clear and impactful analysis.
