Job Description

Mission

  • Drive Customer Centricity in entities.
  • Align all the internal stakeholders to ensure an excellent Customer Experience according to Business priorities.
  • Define and follow up on the improvement action plan and priorities with a continuous improvement mentality.

Main Activities

  • Continuously listen to Voice of Customer and feedback related to your perimeter.
  • Contribute to creating satisfaction by ensuring customer issues are well managed and ultimately prevented.
  • Ensure a reliable process is operating to solve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Escalate customer issues to the appropriate organization when needed and support collaborative resolution in the customer's best interest.
  • Regularly analyze all customer issues to identify top issues and launch projects to prevent them.
  • Ensure customer complaints lead to updates in the Robustness program (PCP, FMEA, etc.).
  • Lead execution of containment actions for known problems.
  • Handle complaints generated by other Schneider entities to the plant.
