UniCredit S.p.A in Milano invites applications for a Working Students, Interns & others position in the Industrials Advisory Team within Investment Banking Products. The role supports day-to-day team activities, conducts financial analysis, prepares materials and participates in client calls.

The team covers Automotive, Capital Goods, Materials and Transportation Equipment, with core M&A focus and activity across Europe. Fluency in Italian and English is required, German is optional.

• Languages: Fluency in Italian and English; German proficiency (optional)
• Knowledge of basic corporate finance concepts

The Advisory Industrials team is composed of over 15 professionals directly present in two main offices (Italy and Germany). The sub-sectors covered by the team span Automotive, Capital Goods, Materials and Transportation Equipment. The Core product focus of the Team is M&A but is also very active within Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets and Specialized Lending in core markets (Italy, Germany, Austria and CEE) with Origination and Execution capabilities.

- Support the day-to-day activities of the Industrials Advisory Team

- Conduct financial analysis, benchmarking and research of private and public companies

- Assist in preparation of internal and external materials and pitch books

- Participate in internal business calls and client meetings
