Un'importante opportunità nel settore della ristorazione collettiva per un cuoco in grado di gestire autonomamente le attività di cucina. Il candidato sarà responsabile della preparazione dei pasti e della gestione efficiente delle forniture in un contesto strutturato. Si offre iniziale contratto temporaneo con possibilità di assunzione a lungo termine.

Competenze

• Esperienza in ambienti di ristorazione collettiva richiesta.
• Disponibilità immediata necessaria.
• Preferibile esperienza in cucine strutturate o mense di grandi dimensioni.

Mansioni

The role involves preparing meals, managing raw materials from processing to cooking, and overseeing order management through company applications and supply control from delivery to proper storage.

Requirements:

• Experience in collective catering environments
• Strong technical knowledge for autonomous kitchen activities
• Skills in managing HACCP procedures
• Proficiency with IT tools
• Residence or domicile near the workplace

Immediate availability is required. Prior experience in structured kitchens or large-scale canteens is preferred. The workplace is in Vinovo, with full-time shifts Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 13:00. The position offers initial temporary employment with potential for permanent hiring.
