We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and maintenance of high-quality standards.
  • Manage staff performance, providing training and development opportunities to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Implement effective cost control measures to maintain profitability and optimize resources.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall dining experience.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in fine dining restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (BA / BSc).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Italian.
  • Able to lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
