About the Role

We seek a Culinary Manager to oversee relationships with our culinary partners, including chefs, sommeliers, and food tour guides.

Responsibilities Include

• Assist culinary partners with questions or requests related to our platform, upcoming experiences, tools, and communication.
• Review and improve processes within the partner support team, including automation and restructuring.
• Analyze metrics and KPIs, adjusting as needed to reflect performance and help meet goals.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of the partner community and report findings.
• Assist in developing menus, new experiences, and market launches.

Involvement in weekly company and team meetings

Requirements Include

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 4+ years in account management or customer service
• 3+ years in culinary and/or beverage experience
• 3+ years leading a team
• Experience in wine, beer, or mixology is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Resourcefulness and responsiveness
• Interest in technology; online marketplace experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently from a home office
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel
