Job Opportunity at Gi Group SpA - Casale Monferrato

Gi Group SpA, Filiale di Casale Monferrato, is seeking a candidate to join their team. The selected individual will collaborate across various departments such as logistics, production, and accounting, supporting the sales/purchasing team with back-office activities related to orders and shipments.

The main responsibilities include:

  1. Verifying and managing order modifications and entering them into the system.
  2. Preparing and controlling weekly reports on order portfolios and confirmations, and managing customer claims.
  3. Monitoring shipments and communicating any issues or delays internally, including blocking shipments if credit limits are exceeded.
  4. Handling shipping delays, reporting delivery issues, managing transport disservices, and preparing delivery notes (DDT).
  5. Supporting payment management, reminders, and preparing monthly sales statistics.
  6. Archiving commercial documents (orders, confirmations, transport documents) and updating customer, product, and pricing data.
  7. Ensuring price compliance through effective communication with sales teams.
  8. Providing data for pre-invoicing processes.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role (customer service and supply chain), preferably in structured environments. They should possess strong relational, analytical, and commercial skills, and be proactive, dynamic, capable of managing responsibilities independently, and willing to handle substantial workloads.

Qualifications include a diploma or degree in Languages, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and fluency in English, German, and French (to be assessed via interview).

The contract initially involves a temporary placement with potential for permanent employment. The position is full-time, based in Casale Monferrato (AL).
