You will be responsible for developing, planning, reporting, and executing initiatives in line with the company’s CSR development efforts. You will also work closely with various departments to drive and manage activities that contribute towards building a caring and inclusive culture within the company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and reporting CSR activities, including conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness across all our integrated companies. This includes carbon footprint calculation (Scope 1-3) via the GHG Protocol.
- Acting as the focal point for the Company’s CSR initiatives in the region and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Staying informed of relevant research, regulatory updates, and trends in CSR and sustainability, and promoting best practices.
- Collaborating with marketing and HR teams to enhance internal engagement and storytelling.
- Driving annual sustainability reporting for shareholders and submitting reports to Ecovadis & UNGC.
- Authoring the company's Annual Sustainability Report.
- Providing feedback to clients on the company's CSR roadmap and action plan, including creating informative materials.
- Reviewing potential suppliers for CSR risks during procurement due diligence.
Related skills:
- Knowledge of CSR rules, regulations, and best practices, including familiarity with sustainability frameworks (SBTi, UNGC, EcoVadis, GRI, etc.) and reporting requirements (e.g., EUCSRD).
- Experience in managing relationships, networks, and teams.
- Proven ability to drive complex multi-stakeholder planning processes and cross-team projects to successful outcomes.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear messages and concise materials tailored for different audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and a good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience with carbon accounting is advantageous.
