A leading company in the construction industry seeks a CSA Work Supervisor to guide projects in the Civil, Structural, and Architectural fields. Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing technical support. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in Civil Engineering, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and communicate fluently in Italian and English.

Competenze

• At least 5 years experience as a CSA Work Supervisor.
• Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus.
• Strong technical mindset and knowledge of civil and safety standards.

As a CSA Work Supervisor , you join our Italian team to guide the construction step to success for the Civil, Structural and Architectural fields . Working on design and build industrial buildings projects , your primary responsibilities will include :

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of CSA subcontractors
• Ensure all CSA work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and subcontractors
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth project execution
• Resolve technical issues promptly with our subcontractors
• Ensure all CSA work is completed on schedule with high quality

You hold a degree specialized in Civil Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience as a CSA Work Supervisor.

With a strong technical mindset, you enjoy multicultural teamwork. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with your advanced knowledge of state civil and safety standards, will allow you to succeed in this position and grow within our company.

Speaking fluently in Italian and English, a good level in French would be a plus.
