CAP INGELEC is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to lead design and build activities in civil, structural and architectural fields within our Italian team. The role focuses on supervising CSA subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and providing technical guidance to achieve on-time, high-quality construction outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Competenze

• Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of Civil Site Engineer or CSA supervisor experience.
• Experience supervising CSA subcontractors and coordinating project teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to work in multicultural teams.

As aCivil Site Engineer, you join ourItalian teamto guide theconstruction stepto success for the Civil, Structural and Architectural fields. Working ondesign and build industrial buildings projects, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of CSA subcontractors

• Ensure all CSA work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and standards

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and subcontractors

• Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth project execution

• Resolve technical issues promptly with our subcontractors

• Ensure all CSA work is completed on schedule with high-quality

You hold a degree specialized in Civil engineering, with at least 5 years of experience as an Civil Site Engineer or CSA Work supervisor.

With a strong technical mind-set, you enjoy multicultural teamwork. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills and your advanced knowledge of state civil and safety standards will allow you to succeed in this position and grow within our company.

Speaking fluently Italian and English, a good level in French would be a plus.
