A leading construction firm is seeking a CSA Supervisor for a major data centre project in Milan. The successful candidate will oversee the management of civil, structural, and architectural work packages, ensuring site safety and quality standards are met. Candidates should have a relevant trade qualification or degree and at least 7 years of experience in large-scale CSA projects. • Carry out, distribute, and close out CSA snag lists.

About the Roles

We have opportunities for two CSA Supervisors on a major data centre project in Milan.

The successful candidates will manage the co-ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages.

About You

You will have a demonstrated experience in supervising works packages including civils, fit out, roofing and cladding. There will also be an expectation to manage site safety and ensure quality.

• Manage the co-ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) work packages.
• Lead the management of site safety in conjunction with safety personnel, including set-up, ongoing monitoring, and close-out.
• Oversee site quality assurance (QA) processes in conjunction with the project team.
• Manage the project schedule in coordination with Planners, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and Consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are met.
• Take responsibility for all day-to-day site operations.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and manpower requirements; conduct regular subcontractor meetings.
• Oversee and maintain site documentation in line with project and client requirements.
• Attend and actively contribute to site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning meetings, co-ordination meetings, and handover meetings.
