Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking a CSA Leader to oversee all client-side CSA work on high-technology Data Centre projects from design through to delivery.

You will manage budgets, staffing, and commissioning procedures while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The role requires proven CSA leadership experience on large industrial or data centre builds within a contracting environment, with strong coordination across design teams, clients, and project management.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant Construction, Civil, Structural, or Engineering discipline.
• Proven CSA leadership experience on large-scale Data Centre or industrial projects in contracting environments.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and CSA coordination in high-tech settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the successful delivery of all CSA aspects from design through completion.
• Manage budgets, costs, labour resources, commissioning procedures, and overall performance.
• Set up CSA activities, with reporting, documentation, and scheduling systems from the outset.
• Coordinate with Client, Design Teams, and Project Management on scope, quality, and programme.
• Oversee client satisfaction with clear progress communication on cost and milestones.
• Monitor Health & Safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture.
• Drive quality performance and ensure project standards meet client expectations.
• Support integration with MEP and Commissioning teams and align CSA with interfaces.

• Manage, track, and develop plans for project budgets, costs, labour resources, commissioning procedures, and overall performance.
• Direct the setup and implementation of CSA activities, ensuring that best-practice reporting, documentation, and scheduling systems are established from the outset.
• Coordinate closely with Client, Design Teams, and Project Management, ensuring alignment on scope, quality, and programme.
• Oversee ongoing client satisfaction, maintaining clear communication on progress, cost, and delivery milestones.
• Proactively monitor Health & Safety compliance, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring adherence to all statutory and company requirements.
• Drive and monitor quality performance, ensuring that project standards and client expectations are consistently achieved and exceeded.
• Support integration with MEP and Commissioning teams, ensuring alignment of CSA works with project interfaces and overall programme requirements.
