Combining technical excellence with an innovative approach, they offer end-to-end solutions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and reliability in every project.Role OverviewKey ResponsibilitiesProject Management & ExecutionLead the execution of CSA construction works, ensuring alignment with project objectives.Serve as the primary interface between the client, subcontractors, and internal project teams.Monitor construction progress, conducting regular site inspections and meetings.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.Support the selection and procurement of CSA subcontractors.Oversee project documentation, approvals, and regulatory compliance.Implement and oversee Last Planner (production planning) methodology onsite.Financial & Contractual OversightMaintain project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.Manage subcontractor payments, invoicing, and financial reporting.Ensure proper change control management, including negotiation of contract amendments and variations.Provide accurate project status updates to stakeholders.Technical & Regulatory ComplianceDefine and optimize construction methodologies to improve efficiency and quality.Review and approve technical submittals, RFIs, and execution plans.Ensure compliance with national and international construction regulations.Contribute to the generation and understanding of scope of work documents for CSA packages.Support project close-out activities, including snag resolution, commissioning, and final handover.Team Leadership & DevelopmentSupervise and mentor junior construction staff, fostering professional growth.Drive teamwork, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing across project teams.Promote a "right first time" approach in construction execution.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degreein Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Minimum5 years of construction experiencewith a strong CSA background.Proven experience managing large-scale data center, high-tech, oil & gas, or pharmaceutical construction projects.Fluent inEnglish and Italianboth written and spoken).Strong commitment toHealth & Safetyprinciples.Ability to operate effectively in both an office and site environment with a "boots on the ground" approach.Full driving license required.Contract & Compensation DetailsContract DurationInitial6-month contractwith opportunities for extension based on project needs and performance.Above-market salarywith a competitive compensation structure.Above-market salarywith a competitive compensation structure.Performance-based bonusto reward success.Comprehensive benefits packageincluding pension and excellent health coverage.Travel and accommodation expensesfully covered.Opportunity to be part of a high-growth business unit with career progression potential.Additional InformationBased in Milan, withfrequent travelto project sites.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge data center projects in a newly formed, high-growth business unit.Potential forcontract extensionand career advancement within the company.Based in Milan, withfrequent travelto project sites.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge data center projects in a newly formed, high-growth business unit.
