Role Purpose

Based in Milan, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate CSA Engineer to join our engineering team. You will assist in the design, coordination, and execution of Civil, Structural, and Architectural elements of projects. Working under the supervision of senior engineers, you will gain hands-on experience in multidisciplinary infrastructure and construction projects.

Graduate CSA Engineer Responsibilities

In conjunction with your project team, you will be responsible for the execution of various stages of a project as follows :

Assist in the design and drafting of civil, structural, and architectural systems using CAD / Revit / BIM tools.

Support the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and documentation.

Participate in structural calculations and basic engineering analysis under supervision.

Assist in reviewing architectural and structural designs for compliance with regulations and project requirements.

Conduct site inspections and surveys, documenting findings and assisting with reporting.

Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) to ensure integrated designs.

Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of deliverables.

Participate in contractor and stakeholder meetings, taking notes and following up on actions.

Help ensure project health and safety, environmental compliance, and quality standards are upheld.

Necessary requirement of the Graduate CSA Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering (or related discipline).

Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and design principles.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software. Experience with BIM is a plus.

Familiarity with Eurocodes and building regulations (local and international).

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members.

Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.

Professional proficiency in English & Italian
