Qualifications

• Admitted to the bar and qualified in relevant jurisdiction.
• 2–3 years post-graduation experience in contract and litigation.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); French knowledge preferred.
• Experience drafting pleadings, contracts and legal documents.
• Experience managing judicial and litigation-related activities.
• Proficient with IT systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise credit recovery activity by external lawyers.
• Draft contractual documents in English (banking, commercial, supply of goods/services).
• Draft internal reports, legal notes and legal opinions.
• Interact with senior management and external legal advisors.
