Diesel cerca un CRO & UX/UI Specialist esperto per ottimizzare le piattaforme digitali. Il candidato ideale avrà esperienza nella progettazione dell'interfaccia utente e nell'analisi dei dati per incrementare le conversioni. Con una laurea in marketing digitale e almeno 3 anni di esperienza, sarà fondamentale nel migliorare l'esperienza utente e guidare la crescita del business.

Competenze

  • 3+ anni di esperienza in un ruolo UX/UI, preferibilmente su piattaforme e-commerce.
  • Capacità di lavorare su più progetti e organizzarli efficacemente.
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese e utile l'italiano.

CRO & UX/UI Specialist

At Diesel, we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled CRO & UX/UI Specialist to join our team who will be responsible for optimizing our digital platforms to enhance user experience, increase conversions, and drive business growth. The expertise in CRO techniques, UX research, Interface design, and data analysis will be crucial in shaping our online strategies.

The role’s main responsibilities are:

- Conduct performance analysis of user behaviors, conversion funnels, and website landing using web analytics tools
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven proposals to optimize website elements, landing pages, and conversion paths
- Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and make data-informed decisions to improve user experience and conversion rate
- Lead the design process, from the research to interaction and testing
- Design user flows, create wireframes, prototypes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including, IT, marketing, merchandising & CRM.
- Monitor online performance metrics, conversion rate and user feedback to identify areas for further optimization and prioritize initiatives accordingly
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate effectively CRO e UX insights, results and recommendations
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in CRO e UX design to improve online performance continuously

What requirements you need to have:

- Degree in web marketing or digital communication field
- 3+ years of experience in a UX/UI role (better if on e-commerce platforms)
- Be responsible and organized with the ability to work on multiple projects
- Know how to work with a Design System
- Be proficient in technology with a focus on mobile
- Skilled in communication
- Excellent problem-solving skills and data-driven mindset
- Have a great experience with Figma
- Have a great experience with UX tools
- Be proficient in English

Desirables:

- Technology and systems architecture knowledge
- Knowledge of coding is an advantage (you will not be required to code)
- Have an experience with Contentsquare
- Formal UX qualifications
- Participates in the UX community
- Italian language knowledge
