Bulgari Italia SPA within its JWA (Jewelry, Watches, Accessories) Marketing department based in Rome is looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist Italy & Turkey, reporting to the Retail Marketing & CRM Manager.
The candidate, a passionate and motivated team player, will support the team to ensure a tailored customer-centric omnichannel approach, recruit new clients and develop loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, knowledge in CRM systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Main Activities

  1. Spread the CRM culture among all Bulgari stores putting customers first in each and every activity planned and launched.
  2. Define CRM strategy and KPIs. Ensure the full implementation of clienteling plans coordinating stores.
  3. Conduct weekly and monthly analyses and share reports to constantly monitor results for strategy adjustment and evolution.
  4. Assist the Store Manager (all Stores in Italy and Turkey) in achieving the CRM KPIs coaching the sales team on clienteling and follow-up techniques.
  5. Provide guidelines, training, and full support to store key-users in the day-by-day operations.
  6. Develop the local CRM communication campaigns.
  7. Develop the gifting strategy in collaboration with the Central Team.
  8. Help the team to deep dive into client profiles, behavior, and preferences to personalize the Brand Experience.
  9. Support the Retail Event Team in developing the strategy to target clients, define the ROI, and conduct post-event analysis.

Qualifications / Professional Capabilities

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within an international environment of customer-oriented companies - experience abroad will be considered a plus.
  3. Strong analytics, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  4. Ability to communicate results/customers' insights at all business levels facilitating action plans definition.
  5. Distinctive relational skills.
  6. Fluency in Italian and English (other languages are a plus).
  7. Knowledge of Salesforce and PowerBi is a plus.
