Galileo Global Education Italia is seeking for:

CRM Specialist

We are looking for a CRM Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in CRM projects based on Salesforce, contributing from a functional perspective. The ideal candidate has a consulting background and experience with international users. This role includes translating business needs into Salesforce solutions, optimizing CRM processes, and supporting end users across various regions. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for CRM enhancements and new functionalities.
  2. Configure and customize Salesforce solutions to align with business processes.
  3. Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation of CRM solutions.
  4. Support and train international users on Salesforce best practices and new system features.
  5. Work closely with development teams to define functional requirements for customizations and integrations.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
  7. Ensure data integrity and governance within the CRM.
  8. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and local releases and recommend relevant updates or enhancements to stakeholders.
  9. Coordinate and define UAT testing phases of involved projects with business stakeholders & development teams.
  10. Support or collaborate on Marketing Cloud initiatives if applicable.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. Degree in Economics/Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent knowledge/experience.
  2. Fluency in spoken and written English and Italian.
  3. 2–3 years of experience working on Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud based projects).
  4. Experience in an environment with exposure to multiple CRM projects (experience in consulting is a plus).
  5. Proven ability to work with international users and cross-functional teams.
  6. Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (flows, validation rules, custom objects, reports, dashboards).
  7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  9. Ability to work in an agile or iterative project environment (based upon the project nature).

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Reasonable knowledge of French is a plus.
  2. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journeys, Email Studio, Automation Studio).
  3. Experience working with the Atlassian suite (Jira Project, Jira Service Management, and Confluence).
  4. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, or Marketing Cloud certifications).
