Un'importante azienda nel settore del lusso cerca un professionista esperto in CRM per supportare le strategie e migliorare l'esperienza cliente. La posizione richiede almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel settore della moda o della bellezza e la capacità di analizzare i dati per creare campagne mirate. È richiesta la fluency in italiano e inglese. Si offre un ambiente dinamico e collaborativo presso la sede di Firenze.

Competenze

Job purpose :

You will support the implementation and continuous development of the CRM culture across retail and digital channels. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will contribute to enhancing the customer experience, increasing store traffic and strengthening customer engagement.

Responsibilities :

  • Support in developing the CRM culture within the organization : data capturing, management, communication.
  • Track and report on key CRM metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and manage Customer Journeys online & offline to maximize the conversion rate, traffic instore and brand awareness.
  • Develop, implement and optimize CRM strategies across retail and ecommerce channels.
  • Analyze customer data to create personalized marketing campaigns and improve overall customer journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with broader business goals.
  • Work on improving customer segmentation, profiling and targeting.
  • Track and report on key CRM metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support in the process of implementation, configuration and testing of Clienteling.
  • Constant relationship with all the departments involved and the tech partners to implement the project evolutions and respect the pre-established go live timing.
  • Supervise the integration of the CRM with existing systems (cash register systems, BI, e-commerce, WhatsApp Business).

Qualifications :

  • At least 2 years of experience in CRM preferably within the fashion, beauty or luxury sectors.
  • Educational background in Economics or related field.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English.
  • Flexibility and problem-solving abilities.
  • Teamwork skills.
