CRM Project Manager – Southern Europe & Emerging Markets

Location: Milan

Contract type: Permanent contract

Roles & Responsibilities

As a CRM Manager, you will support the Head of Marketing in executing CRM campaigns to develop the Southern Europe & Emerging Markets cluster. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and international teams to implement effective CRM strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing databases of Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Turkey to understand market specifics.
  • Developing CRM calendars aligned with external events and marketing plans.
  • Utilizing tools for targeting and segmentation of the CRM database.
  • Designing communication content in line with market maturity and key product lines, following EAF guidelines.
Key Tasks
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Designing programs to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Planning targeted communication campaigns.
  • Personalizing communications using customer data.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to resolve issues.
  • Monitoring performance and generating reports on KPIs.
  • Implementing data-driven improvements.
Campaign Performance & Optimization
  • Measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Maintaining a test-and-learn approach.
  • Innovating based on market trends.
Database Management
  • Growing and maintaining database health.
  • Sharing best practices for database optimization.
  • Developing targeted contact strategies per market.

Profile & Skills

Education: University degree with proven CRM & marketing qualifications.

Experience: 3-4 years in CRM/Marketing roles.

Skills: Experience managing eCRM campaigns across multiple markets, knowledge of CRM tools, data segmentation, creative skills (Photoshop), basic HTML coding, proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Languages: English and Italian required; French and Spanish are a plus.
