An established industry player is seeking a dynamic CRM & Panel Community Manager to enhance client engagement and community interaction. This role involves managing the company's CRM, developing a new user panel, and executing creative strategies for social media engagement. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the community experience while working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams. For our HQ in Palermo, we are looking for a CRM & Panel Community Manager who will be responsible for managing the company’s CRM. This will be used for the strategic management of clients in terms of sales and marketing, as well as for managing the community of respondents that the company relies on.
