An established industry player is seeking a dynamic CRM & Panel Community Manager to enhance client engagement and community interaction. This role involves managing the company's CRM, developing a new user panel, and executing creative strategies for social media engagement. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the community experience while working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams. Descrizione del lavoro

For our HQ in Palermo, we are looking for a CRM & Panel Community Manager who will be responsible for managing the company’s CRM. This will be used for the strategic management of clients in terms of sales and marketing, as well as for managing the community of respondents that the company relies on.

Activities and Responsibilities

  • CRM Management: You will be responsible for managing FFIND's CRM, implementing actions decided by the Marketing Director and the Sales Director.
  • Panel Management: You will handle the management of FFIND's panel, evaluating opportunities for panelization of new respondents and implementing affiliate campaigns.
  • Social Media and Community Engagement: You will also manage the community of panelists from a social perspective, creating engaging content and strategies to maintain high interaction and interest within the community, while minimizing attrition as much as possible.
  • Development of a New Panel: You will have the opportunity to build a new panel of users in VR from scratch. This is an exciting project that requires creativity and problem-solving skills. You will contribute to defining the foundations and strategies for its success.

You will also manage message exchanges on various internal platforms.

Requirements and Skills

  • Fluent in English.
  • Previous experience in CRM management, preferably in medium-sized companies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative spirit and initiative in proposing new ideas and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience in social media marketing.

Location: Italy

Work Mode: Hybrid

Contract Type: To be agreed upon based on the candidate's experience.
