OVERALL ROLE PURPOSE

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused CRM Marketing Manager to lead lifecycle marketing for Wirex Private. This role involves developing sophisticated acquisition and retention strategies, focusing 30% on acquisition and 70% on retention, automation, and loyalty programs. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Data, Content, and Customer Support teams, acting as the advocate for our high net worth (HNW) customers. Expertise in Braze or similar CRM tools, deep crypto knowledge, and a data-driven approach are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage the CRM strategy and roadmap for Wirex Private, covering acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Create and optimize lifecycle programs and user journeys using Braze.
  • Implement segmentation and personalization strategies tailored to HNW users.
  • Design performance-driven email, push, and in-app messaging campaigns.
  • Collaborate with various teams to support user acquisition and onboarding.
  • Monitor KPIs such as activation rate, retention, LTV, and engagement.
  • Test, analyze, and iterate campaigns for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with Product and Support teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless user experiences.
  • Stay informed on crypto/Web3 market trends and competitor activities relevant to HNW engagement.
  • Support the Activation & Retention Lead with projects and ad hoc requests.

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED

  • At least 4 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, or HNWI services.
  • Proficiency with Braze or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience in building automated user journeys and managing segmentation strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of the crypto industry and financial products.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and CRM metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic, proactive, and data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
