We are looking for a CRM Manager for our headquarters in Milan. In this role, you will lead our CRM department and develop our loyalty program, analyzing their impact on business performance, customer engagement, and metrics. You will define and implement all customer communication strategies, both for routine engagement and one-off activities, across the entire customer lifecycle.

What you will do
  • You will own the current CRM channels (email, push notifications, in-app messages) and drive their growth in technology and value.
  • You will liaise with other departments regarding customer communications and CRM software.
  • You will manage campaign calendars, develop mailing lists, and oversee template design.
  • You will analyze customer data to develop segmentation and targeting strategies, balancing customer-centricity with commercial goals.
  • You will create tailored campaigns offering benefits and rewards to enhance retention, order frequency, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
  • You will monitor KPIs, report insights, and recommend improvements to customer engagement strategies.
  • You will conduct A/B testing to optimize user experience, conversion rates, and relevant KPIs such as RFM, engagement, and satisfaction.

What you bring
  • A Master of Science in Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in CRM, loyalty, or retention marketing in B2C companies, preferably in start-ups or scale-ups.
  • Experience setting up and managing CRM platforms, ideally Braze.
  • Proficiency in Office 365.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-first and commercially-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical, logical, and innovative thinking skills, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
