Fondazione Prada dialogs with an international and multi-faceted audience through a comprehensive series of partnerships with artists, curators, scientists, scholars, filmmakers, architects, musicians, and intellectuals in an articulated schedule of programs currently hosted in the three venues in Milan and Venice, opened between 2011 and 2016, as well as, since 2018, in other spaces in Shanghai, Tokyo, and New York.

POSITION :

The IT CRM Junior Architect is a technical profile able to design, describe and manage architectural solutions that meet the requirements determined by the Fondazione Prada team.

He / she works closely with the internal team and external suppliers to analyze business requirements, check their feasibility, define and describe the best technical solution that fits the existing business environment and guarantees an on time and on budget project delivery.

TASKS :

  • Analyze and understand CRM development needs and requirements with the internal team
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers in defining technical solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of activities proposed by external suppliers
  • Support the definition and monitoring of the project plan
  • Coordinate and carry out tests to ensure the maintenance and correct use of the Microsoft Dynamics application
  • Provide periodical project status reports for internal stakeholders
  • Understand and drive CRM issues resolution
  • Manage the maintenance activities
  • Create and optimize automated workflows
  • Train the internal teams involved in the projects

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Degree in Computer Science / Engineering

1 years of experience in a consultancy firm or in the CRM IT department of a large company preferably working on Microsoft CRM Dynamics

  • Strong knowledge of the CRM Microsoft components (Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365, Customer Insights, Applications, plugin, workflow, Power Apps, power automate, Power Bl)
  • Good experience in SSIS and SOL Server
  • Good knowledge of HTML and C#
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Excellent adaptability to rapidly changing rhythms and situations
  • Relational skills and a predisposition for team working
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Focus on results and able to complete tasks on time under pressure
