This role blends technical CRM administration with business partnership to support the broader sales technology strategy across the organization.

We are looking for a CRM Administrator, HubSpot to act as the primary administrator for our HubSpot CRM, while supporting the broader sales technology strategy across the organization. The role will also bring transferable skills to support Salesforce administration and future migration efforts as the CRM ecosystem evolves.

The right candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, translating business needs into effective CRM solutions while maintaining a focus on adoption, data quality, and end-user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot CRM, including user management, configuration, workflow automation, and data quality.
  • Troubleshoot and debug HubSpot issues, escalating to vendors or technical teams when required.
  • Apply transferable CRM skills to assist with Salesforce administration and configuration, where applicable.
  • Act as a key contributor in gathering and documenting business requirements for HubSpot enhancements.
  • Support solution design discussions, ensuring technical configurations align with business objectives.
  • Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script creation, execution tracking, and feedback resolution.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and adoption of HubSpot.
  • Develop training materials, documentation, and user guides to support system changes and best practices.
  • Act as an internal advocate for the effective use of CRM tools and data.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in HubSpot that provide visibility into pipeline, activity, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and aligned to business reporting standards.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of hands-on HubSpot CRM administration, including workflow automation, data management, and system configuration.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including Sales Hub and Marketing Hub features.
  • Ability to design and maintain dashboards, reports, and automation workflows.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce administration best practices.
  • Proven track record in requirements gathering and translating business needs into functional CRM solutions.
  • Experience planning, managing, and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
