The Credit & Sales Administration Specialist is responsible for ensuring the implementation and compliance with the Credit Policy.
The role's purpose is to ensure accurate risk assessment to prevent credit risks from impacting profitability and cash flow.
Working collaboratively with Operations and Sales teams is essential to facilitate issue resolution and review processes.
Compliance with relevant legislation and internal guidelines is mandatory.
RESPONSIBILITIES

All responsibilities entrusted to you include:
* Credit Policy Management
Ensure the implementation and adherence to the Credit Policy, supporting the Credit Manager in relations with Sales, Accounting, Controlling, Operations, and Marketing departments.
Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure proper credit management and issue resolution.
Manage claims, monitor and resolve issues with Sales and Operations.
Perform Dunning according to credit guidelines.
* Credit Risk Management
Conduct credit risk analysis for potential and existing customers using financial data, and make proposals for approvals.
Manage orders in credit block, evaluate and propose releases, activate escalation processes if necessary, following the Credit Policy.
* Analysis & Reporting
Prepare Monthly Ageing analysis and develop Credit Performance reports.
Manage cash application, process bank payments, handle customer account reconciliations, verify SDD/RIBA portfolios, and close GL accounts.
Ensure timely litigation of files with external lawyers.
Create and revise standard credit procedures.
EXPERIENCE
Your knowledge and expertise required for this role:
* 4-5 years' experience in OTC/Credit management/Cash Application, preferably in consumer products or food/beverage manufacturing/distribution.
* Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
* Fluent in English.
* Familiar with SAP 4HANA and Celonis.
* Knowledge of financial KPIs and credit management regulations.
* Ability to analyze and assess customer credit risk.
* Excellent organizational skills, deadline-oriented, problem-solving attitude, team player.
* Willingness to travel 0-10%.
