Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Credit Analyst to join our Finance team in Italy, focusing on managing customer credit risk within the Order-to-Cash process. You will assess creditworthiness, monitor exposure, support collections, and help protect the company’s financial position through proactive risk management.

You will collaborate with Commercial teams, GBSC, and external data providers to ensure consistent credit policy application.

Competenze

2+ years in credit management or related roles.
Fluent in Italian and English (B2+).
Strong skills in credit assessment, financial statement analysis, and KPI reporting.
Advanced Excel proficiency and Power BI experience.
Experience with SAP ERP FI-AR module.

Mansioni

Assess and monitor customer credit risk through financial analysis and reports.
Define, review, and maintain customer credit limits.
Identify risks, overdue positions, concentration exposures and early warning signals.
Manage overdue receivables and coordinate collection activities.
Collaborate with Commercial teams, Finance stakeholders and GBSC on invoicing issues and disputes.
Support calculation, review, and recharge of late-payment interest.
Prepare and maintain credit risk reports, receivables analyses and KPI dashboards.
Interact with external credit insurers and agencies to support risk mitigation.
Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and contribute to process improvements.
