Role Overview

We are seeking a Creator Marketing Manager to join our Italian team, playing a key role in managing and expanding our community of affiliate creators. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in influencer marketing and a strong understanding of the Italian creator landscape, especially those involved with affiliate models. Responsibilities include scouting, building relationships with top talents, and optimizing their platform performance. This role demands strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the creator economy. You will collaborate closely with brands and internal teams to activate high-performing campaigns and contribute to Metapic's growth in Italy.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategies for key relationships (brands, influencers, agencies).
• Onboard new brands, influencers, and agencies while nurturing relationships.
• Ensure positive outcomes for gifting campaigns and coordinate with team members to complete campaigns timely.
• Exceed targets/KPIs and motivate colleagues.
• Monitor competitor activity.
• Represent Metapic at industry events.
• Report weekly to the Team Lead on performance, issues, opportunities, and ideas.
• Assist and train team members.
• Bring innovative ideas into discussions.
• Plan and execute brand/influencer/agency events collaboratively.
• Propose new strategies to maximize client/influencer/agency lifetime value.
• Manage media/influencer/agency decks.
• Make data-driven decisions to increase revenue.
• Ensure all paperwork for agreements is completed properly.
