Job summary

The Creative Studio Intern will join the Design Department at LVMH's Fendi Maison in Rome, reporting to the Studio Assistant, and will provide day-to-day organizational and administrative support to the Creative Direction and the wider Design team.

The Intern will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced creative environment, developing an understanding of the organizational processes and activities that support the work of a Design Studio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Fashion Management, Languages or related fields.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ability to work with spreadsheets and basic reporting activities.
• Good organizational skills, with a precise and detail-oriented approach.
• Proactive, reliable and collaborative attitude, with a strong willingness to learn.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact professionally with different internal stakeholders and external supplier
• Discretion and sensitivity when handling information related to the Creative Direction and Studio activities.
• Fluent Italian and good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and regular update of Excel files, reports and trackers, ensuring information is accurately entered and organized.
• Support the preparation and submission of expense reports through Sarce, collecting and organizing the relevant documentation.
• Assist with the organization, management and booking of business travel for the Creative team and Creative Direction, supporting the coordination of travel-related arrangements and information.
• Support the purchase order process through SAP, including the creation of purchase orders, goods receipt activities and basic administrative follow-up.
• Liaise, under the supervision of the Studio Assistant, with external suppliers and the Finance Department on purchase orders, documentation and related administrative activities.
• Provide general organizational and administrative support to the Studio Assistant and Creative team according to daily priorities and evolving Studio needs.
• Help maintain accurate documentation and ensure information related to the above activities is properly organized and easily accessible.
