As a Creative Strategist at LDX Digital, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of data, creativity, and digital storytelling. Your mission is to drive performance marketing outcomes through innovative, insights-driven advertising strategies across Google platforms, including YouTube, Search, Display, and beyond. You'll collaborate with product marketing managers, analysts, designers, and clients to craft compelling creative campaigns that resonate globally.

Our focus is on Performance, ensuring our clients are hitting their KPIs consistently with the best in-house creative and design strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct competitive and landscape analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  2. Analyze creative performance to optimize campaigns.
  3. Write and develop creative briefs that align with campaign goals.
  4. Manage creative projects from inception to review, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Perform market research and trend analysis.
  • Monitor platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to spot emerging trends and behavioral shifts.
  • Use tools such as Google Trends, Think with Google, and YouTube Analytics to forecast content opportunities.
  • Translate cultural and platform-specific trends into creative strategies to engage audiences and build brand affinity.
  • Analyze competitor campaigns using tools like Ads Transparency Center, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with product and growth teams to align messaging with market gaps.
  • Evaluate live ad campaigns to determine creative effectiveness across demographics and platforms.
  • Utilize proprietary and third-party software (e.g., Ads Data Hub, GA4, Looker Studio) to analyze engagement metrics and recommend creative pivots.
  • Promote a test-and-learn culture through hypothesis testing, iteration, and data-driven insights.
  • Draft clear, data-informed creative briefs including strategic context, creative direction, tone, copy guidance, visual references, and brand guardrails.
  • Work with designers, copywriters, and videographers to execute ideas aligned with campaign KPIs.
  • Oversee multiple creative projects simultaneously from conception to performance review.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, brand, and legal teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
  • Manage workflows, timelines, and communication using tools like ClickUp, Sheets, and Google Workspace.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, or performance advertising.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic advertising best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into creative decisions.
  • Understanding of media buying and sales data.
  • Excellent communication and brief-writing skills.
  • Experience with creative tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with global brands or in fast-paced tech environments.
  • Knowledge of META Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Comfort with storytelling across diverse cultures and markets.
