Creative Strategist (Digital Art Director) Responsibilities
- Continually inspire our clients and the creative industry by creating or co-creating game-changing ideas that shape the future of advertising.
- Develop strategies and creative ideas that transform our clients' business.
- Uncover brand and consumer insights to inform creative direction and help businesses connect with people in meaningful ways.
- Develop holistic Meta solutions (including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp) that drive the key business goals of our top clients.
- Partner with other Creative Strategists on the team, Sales partners, Product, Engineering, and external agencies to make your and their ideas shine on Meta platforms.
- Minimum Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Italian is required.
- 10+ years of experience as a digital Art Director, Designer, and/or Content creator across both local and global accounts.
- Experience developing strategically grounded, insight-driven, creative work in mobile, digital, and offline mediums.
- Ability to bring an idea to life on a whiteboard or presentation.
- Able to influence C-level clients.
- Hands-on design and making skills - from video prototypes to asset mock-ups.
- Storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Experience with Keynote and PowerPoint.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; the team is inventing every day at Meta, requiring tenacity, bravery, and big-picture thinking.
- Strong passion for understanding people and uncovering new consumer behaviors across industries and platforms.

- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Mobile-first mindset and experience producing in the mobile-first space.
- Detailed knowledge of Facebook and Instagram platforms and their products.
