As we scale internationally, we're seeking a data-driven Creative Strategist to optimise and revolutionise our paid media performance through strategic creative testing and iteration. This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between creative excellence and performance marketing, using data-backed insights to drive meaningful results in the mental health space.

We're looking for an analytical mind with a creative soul who can transform performance data into actionable creative strategies, continuously pushing the boundaries of what our advertising can achieve. This position offers a chance to build and own our creative testing framework, working at the intersection of data, creativity, and human psychology to drive growth and engagement across all paid channels.

As a Creative Strategist, you will:
  1. Own and develop our creative measurement framework, establishing KPIs and robust methodologies for evaluating creative performance across all paid channels.
  2. Design and implement comprehensive testing plans to optimise creative assets, including naming conventions, KPI tracking, and iteration protocols.
  3. Analyse and decode consumer behaviour through data to identify patterns and opportunities for creative optimisation.
  4. Be the point of contact for creative/ad formats and placements evolution and best practices across main networks (Google, META, TikTok, etc).
  5. Partner with designers and copywriters to translate performance insights into new creative concepts and iterations.
  6. Lead the continuous improvement of key metrics, building scalable processes for creative testing, measurement, and optimisation.
  7. Collaborate with paid media teams to ensure creative strategies align with channel-specific best practices.
  8. Present performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders across creative and marketing teams.
You will be the perfect fit if you have:
  • 5+ years' experience in creative strategy or performance marketing, with a focus on creative testing and optimisation.
  • Proven track record of improving paid media performance through creative testing and iteration.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and ability to translate data into actionable creative insights.
  • Experience building and managing creative testing frameworks across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and performance tracking platforms.
  • Excellent project management abilities and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Understanding of creative best practices across major paid channels (META, Google, TikTok).
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Experience working with creative teams and providing constructive feedback.
  • Background in performance or growth marketing with a focus on creative optimisation.
  • Proficiency with creative testing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Fluent English; Italian is a plus.
  • Portfolio of case studies demonstrating impact on key performance metrics through creative optimisation.
