Job Description:

This is a 6-month contract starting July 1, 2025.

Salary range is €16,500 - €19,000 for the 6-month contract.

This is a remote role and you must reside in Italy.

We’re looking for a creative and highly organized Creative Specialist & Design Coordinator to cover our current Coordinator’s maternity leave. In this role, you’ll be the connective tissue across our design operations, coordinating work across all Beefree, Beefree SDK and Really Good Emails (RGE) brand initiatives. You’ll support a team of 3 graphic & visual designers by helping prioritize tasks, manage requests from other teams and customers, and keep workflows smooth and efficient. You’ll also get hands-on with design work — creating campaign visuals, marketing materials, and assets that keep our content fresh and on brand.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both creative and operational work, has great relational skills, thrives in a collaborative remote environment, and has a keen eye for quality design.

Key Responsibilities

Team Coordination & Design Ops

• Coordinate design projects across all brands (Beefree, Beefree SDK and RGE).
• Manage task prioritization, timeline tracking, and resource allocation for a team of 3 designers.
• Oversee design request intake and ensure smooth handoffs between teams and designers.

Hands-On Design Work

• Design emails and landing pages for campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Create marketing visuals including booth assets, one-pagers, presentations, blog and social visuals.
• Support social media and email marketing teams with ad-hoc design needs.
• Design or update assets for sales outreach, decks, and enablement materials.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to keep materials aligned with messaging and brand guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• Strong background in graphic design and layout (especially digital).
• Experience managing or coordinating creative projects and teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Beefree, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop), and possibly with project and knowledge management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of email and landing page design best practices.
• Comfortable working in a remote-first, async-friendly environment.
• Great relational skills: you can productively cooperate with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication flows.
• Bonus points for video-making and editing skills (via Premiere, AfterEffects, Jitter or equivalent).
• Bonus points for experience with SaaS or ESP marketing.
