Job Description:

This is a 6-month contract starting July 1, 2025.

Salary range is €16,500 - €19,000 for the 6-month contract.

This is a remote role and you must reside in Italy.

We’re looking for a creative and highly organized Creative Specialist & Design Coordinator to cover our current Coordinator’s maternity leave. In this role, you’ll coordinate design operations across our brands, support a team of 3 designers, and get hands-on with design work including creating campaign visuals and marketing assets.

This role suits someone who enjoys both creative and operational tasks, has excellent relational skills, and thrives in a collaborative remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Coordination & Design Ops: Coordinate projects, manage tasks and timelines, oversee design request intake.
• Hands-On Design Work: Design emails, landing pages, marketing visuals, and support social media and marketing teams.

What We're Looking For

• Strong graphic design background, especially digital.
• Experience managing creative projects and teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency with Beefree, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of email and landing page design best practices.
• Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously.
• Great relational skills for stakeholder cooperation.
• Bonus: Video editing skills and SaaS/ESP marketing experience.
