Job Title: Creative Specialist & Design Coordinator

Contract Duration: 6 months, starting July 1, 2025

Salary Range: €16,500 - €19,000 for the 6-month contract

Location: Remote (reside in Italy required)

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and highly organized Creative Specialist & Design Coordinator to cover maternity leave. You will coordinate design operations across our brands: Beefree, Beefree SDK, and Really Good Emails (RGE). Your role involves supporting a team of 3 designers by prioritizing tasks, managing requests, and maintaining smooth workflows. Additionally, you'll contribute hands-on by creating campaign visuals, marketing materials, and assets to ensure our content remains fresh and on-brand.

This role suits someone who enjoys both creative and operational tasks, has excellent relational skills, thrives in a collaborative remote environment, and possesses a keen eye for quality design.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Coordination & Design Operations: Coordinate projects, manage task prioritization, timelines, and resources, and oversee request intake.
2. Hands-On Design Work: Design emails, landing pages, marketing visuals, social media assets, sales materials, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in digital graphic design and layout.
• Experience managing creative projects and teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Beefree, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of email and landing page design best practices.
• Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously.
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Bonus: Video editing skills and SaaS/ESP marketing experience.
